Erin Gaskins (she/her)
Changemaker and Professional Organizer
Owner and “redefiner-in-chief”, Erin Gaskins is a changemaker and professional organizer. For 25 years, she worked to impact lives through service in the public education sector, while practicing her love of organization, styling and design on the side.
Room Redefined grew out of that side project and is now a full-scale professional organization and styling company serving the Colorado front range from Fort Collins to Boulder to Castle Rock. Erin brings her passion to this business, bringing change to the lives of others through how we function at home, at work, or at school. Room Redefined has helped families across metro Denver with home organizing and making living spaces be stylish and functional.
Erin’s Belief
I believe that our spaces are defined by the people, the things and the intangible that enter them. Therefore, in our consultation, we discuss who uses your space, what things you need to have in the space, and how you want the space to function and feel. I am a big picture person. It is how I think! From our conversations I am able to determine starting points and step-by-step plans to best conquer each project and help you realize your goals. Once an area is complete, I provide ongoing support to make sure the organization and styling solutions we put into place continue to meet your needs over time.

Christopher Wanless (he/him)
Organizer/Design Consultant
Christopher was born in New Mexico, grew up in Wisconsin, and has proudly called Colorado home since 1996. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design and is passionate about exploring the natural world and adventuring outdoors.
Christopher’s philosophy centers around building strong relationships and approaching challenges with creativity and curiosity. From an early age, he has been committed to designing solutions that balance functionality, practicality, and beauty, always prioritizing open communication and meaningful conversations. As a neurodivergent team member (ADHD), he brings a unique perspective to design and organization for others who experience and interpret the world differently.
Christopher’s broad goal is to live a joyful life alongside his husband, drawing inspiration from great design, architecture, beautiful places and spaces, outdoor adventures, curious exploration, connection, art, travel, music, reading, and service to others.
Natalie Goulding (she/her)
Organizer
Natalie brings over 13 years of expertise in organizational strategy, systemic design, and structural architecture to the team at Room Redefined. Her career has centered on mapping complex environments and streamlining systems. A lifelong trajectory that recently culminated in advanced formal applied ontology research and doctoral work.
For Natalie, mastering spatial harmony and structural logic is both a scientific discipline and a native instinct; her foundation began in childhood, watching her mother commercially manage and organize a large estate for 20 years. Today, while she undergoes institutional review for her system architecture methodologies, she is channeling her organizational skills into the physical domain by helping Room Redefined clients transform their spaces through deep, sustainable, and high-level structural strategy.
Nicole Gerrard (she/her)
Organizer
Originally from Florida, Nicole grew up visiting the Rocky Mountains in Colorado with her family. After completing her B.A. in Creative Writing and working at a marketing agency in social media, she decided to move to Denver to make the mountains her home.
Nicole brings a diverse coaching experience to the team as an Adapt-Certified Functional Health Coach and a prior ski instructor and Winter Park tour guide. Her focus on empathetic listening, creativity, and curiosity integrate effortlessly into the world of organization. A natural organizer for as long as she can remember, Nicole deeply values spaces that are peaceful, energizing, and supportive toward the user’s lifestyle.
In her free time, she loves to spend as much time skiing, hiking, and climbing as possible. She is also a lover of reading, writing, music, and animals.
Greg Burns (he/him)
Organizer
Greg’s journey to Room Redefined spans from the finance desks of New York City to the mountain trails of Colorado. After nearly ten years in NYC—dating back to when Deee-Lite was still headlining the Manhattan club scene—Greg headed West in 2000 seeking a more authentic, quality-focused life.
As a seasoned operations expert with deep roots in the Denver real estate community, Greg understands that an organized space is about more than just aesthetics; it’s about regaining time for what matters most. He prides himself on his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to curate seamless, stress-free experiences for every client he serves.
A lover of family, mountain living, and the great outdoors, Greg integrates a mindful approach into everything he does. Whether he’s navigating a complex project, donating time to local nonprofits, practicing meditation, or hitting the slopes, Greg’s mission is to make a positive, purposeful impact on the Denver community, one space at a time.
Ali Edwards (she/her)
Organizer/Design Consultant
Action oriented, decisive and results focused, Ali joins the Room Redefined team as a design professional bringing 15 plus years of experience in interior design and project management. She has been successful in completion of various projects through building trust, encouraging open communication, and strengthening relationships through team and collaboration. Planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing out projects are her top priorities when managing project, big or small.
With an extensive background in interior design, she has the experience to create an improved environment with careful detail for the client experience and understands the importance of communication to get any project done right.
Ali is a Colorado native and in her free time loves to do anything Colorado has to offer, ranging from snowboarding in the winter to riding her bike around Denver to different breweries and other fun events in the summer. She loves to travel and enjoys cooking.
